Position: PhD Candidate Start Date: January 2005
Research Interests:
Rheology, Agglomeration, Simulations, High Pressure Rheometrics, Multiphase Flow
Education:
1999-2004 B.S. Chemical Engineering w/ Minor in Computer Science, The Ohio State University
Current Research at CHR:
I am beginning research into the relationship between gas clathrate hydrate agglomerates and system flow properties (currently viscosities and yield stresses). Additionally I am investigating a fundamental understanding of the agglomeration process of gas clathrate hydrates. The final goal will be to combine this fundamental understanding of agglomeration and translate it to macroscopic flow properties, thus developing a transient rheological model.
