| WinFlow Analytic Element Flow Model for Windows |
Order No: TPS 50 |
WinFlow is a powerful yet easy-to-use ground-water flow model for Microsoft Windows. WinFlow is a true Windows MDI program that takes advantage of the many sophisticated features users have come to expect from Windows software.
WinFlow is an interactive, analytical model that simulates two-dimensional steady-state and transient ground-water flow (both confined and unconfined aquifers) with multiple wells, uniform recharge, circular recharge/discharge areas, and line sources or sinks. The steady-state model is based on analytical functions developed by Strack (i.e., Analytic Element Method). The transient model uses equations developed by Theis (1935) for confined aquifers and by Hantush and Jacobs (1955) for leaky-confined aquifers, respectively. Any of these functions may be added to an uniform regional gradient for confined and leaky-confined aquifers.
Other WinFlow features include:

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The WinFlow program requires at least an Intel 80386 based computer with 4 Mb RAM, a math coprocessor, DOS 5.0, Windows 3.1, about 2 Mb disk space to install the program, and VGA graphics or better.
