Working with Your Academic Advisor
Your Academic Advisor is either your CSM 101 Mentor OR a faculty member from the department of your major.

To change your Advisor, you need to pick up an “Undergraduate Major/Advisor Change Form” from the Registrar’s Office.  Complete the top portion and take the form to the appropriate departmental office to have a new Advisor assigned.  After signing your name on the bottom, return the form to the Registrar’s Office.  Please note that it could take some time for the change to be reflected in the computer system.

The responsibilities of both Advisors and Students in the academic advising process.
