HAZING POLICY

Hazing Policy

Colorado law governing all state institutions provides that “ it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any practice called ‘hazing’ or any acts of torturing, tormenting, or maltreating a fellow inmate, employee, or student.” Students who thus interfere with the personal liberty of a fellow student are rendered liable to immediate discipline by the School and to such penalties as may be imposed by law.
