The CSM Career Center's "Resume Preparation Guidelines" were developed based upon the recommendations of many of the college recruiters that recruit and hire CSM students. The examples are based on the winning entries in our Fall 2006 resume contest, judged by many of our very dedicated and valued recruiters.
The "Guidelines" cover general recommendations, format, print quality, action verbs, resume styles, what to include and exclude, transcripts and references. The "Examples" include suggested formats for freshman, upper class, masters, international doctorate and doctorate degrees.
