Undergraduate Schedule of Events

March 20 & March 21

GRADUATION SALUTE - Student Center (Ballrooms A, B & C)

Thurs. & Fri.
Each day from
10:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Pick up your check-out forms, get your announcements and gowns from the CSM bookstore. Get required signatures from the Registrar's Office, Alumni Office, Financial Aid, Library and others. The Student Loan Office will have a representative on hand to help you with your financial obligations. This event will ensure that you have all of the information and materials necessary for graduation.

Please plan to attend this event during any of the above hours to pick up all of the graduation items and information when everything is in one convenient location.

IT WILL SAVE YOU LOTS OF TIME!

BOOKSTORE: In addition to your generic announcements, you also have the opportunity to order personalized graduation announcements. Graduate's name, degree and major will be printed in the text of the announcement. There is an order minimum which must be prepaid. ORDER NOW TO ASSURE PROMPT DELIVERY. Contact the CSM Bookstore or Herff-Jones directly at 1-800-336-3141.

Announcements and Gowns will be available in the CSM Bookstore after March 21st. If you are unable to attend the Graduation Salute event, please pick up these items from the Bookstore as soon as possible. (You will need your yellow check-out form to do so.)

CHECK-OUT FORMS DUE - Return them to the Student Life Office.
Tickets will be available to each graduate only when this form is completed and returned. (This form may be picked up in the Student Life Office if you are not able to attend Graduation Salute.)

April 30
Wednesday

GRADUATION PRACTICE - 4:00 P.M. - Bunker Auditorium
Your attendence is required unless you are taking an exam.

May 7
Wednesday

THE CONTINUUM - 5:30-7:00 P.M. - Friedhoff Hall
Reception for graduating senior women, sponsored by WISEM and the CSM Alumni Association by invitation. For questions or to RSVP, please call Candy Sulzbach at 303-273-3662. Additional Information will be forthcoming.

SENIOR BANQUET - 6:00 P.M. - Friedhoff Hall
Free to graduating seniors and graduate students compliments of CSMAA.
Ticket information for additional guests is available in the Alumni Office.
RESERVATIONS ARE NEEDED .

May 9
Friday

COMMENCEMENT
7:30 A.M. - Caps and tassels distributed in the Petroleum Hall Prep Room in the Green Center
8:15 A.M. - LINEUP will be as directed at graduation practice-PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!
9:00 A.M. - Commencement Ceremony

Reception for graduates and guests will be held on Kafadar Commons following the ceremony.
