Insurance
CSM requires that all degree-seeking students be covered by a health insurance plan. The Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) offered through CSM is available to students, spouses and dependents. The SHIP is administered by United Health Care. It is a PPO; a comprehensive plan which provides benefits for inpatient and outpatient care, prescription drugs, mental health care, laboratory tests, etc. A more complete description, along with effective dates and costs, is contained in a brochure which is available below or from the Student Health Center.
