"I love to meet and get to know international students from all over the world.  They make my job interesting and fun--and sometimes challenging!  I got into this line of work because I, too, studied and worked in a foreign country when I was a college student.  I have traveled to many other countries besides the U.S.--namely, Scotland, England, France, Poland, Germany , The Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Jordan, Canada and Mexico--next stop, Japan.  I want to see all the rest of the world, too!  I have studied several languages such as French, Spanish, Polish, Japanese, Korean and Arabic.  Please, don't expect me to be fluent in them, but I remember at least a few greetings or phrases in each.  I am the International Student and Scholar Advisor and I am responsible for taking care of the visa paperwork, immigration advising, arranging and co-presenting the International Student Orientation, among other duties.  It is my hope that when you come to CSM, you will be safe and happy, and pleased with your studies and your life while living in Colorado.  I'm here to help see that those things are possible."
