MEETING MINUTES

February 18, 2008

EBW Faithful,

I hope this tardy e-mailing will not become a habit. EBW will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, February 19, at noon in CO137. This meeting will be more familiar, less formal, and I mean that in a very clandestine way.

I'd like to hash out business about the bicycle program, but in a relaxed fashion. If I can, I will have a video for you all to watch. It's about 20 minutes, so we'll have plenty of time to talk.

UPDATE:
Last Friday, Natalie and I presented the bicycle program to the CSM Sustainability Committee. They really liked the idea and are willing to work with EBW, EPICS, and the ORC on this initiative. John Skok (like Coke with an 's' in front), Committee representative for the classified staff, is our liaison.

I'd like to meet with each project leader soon, this week hopefully. Rob C is in charge of Senegal, Taylor E in charge of Recycling, Ana/Natalie in charge of bicycles, and Alex in charge of Ghana. If each of you could send me a time this week when you'll be available to meet with me (30 minutes at most), I'd like to find out what questions you have, and work with you to get stuff done on these projects. Thanks!

You're all awesome and I hope to see you tomorrow!
