Summer Workouts

There's no waiting for tomorrow. No saying, "I'll start it later." Just doing your workouts now. If you do nothing else, you MUST throw 5 minutes a day. 2.5 left handed and 2.5 right handed, you will hit the wall or toss with a friend for only that long. When everyone on the team does that, everything else will fall into place:

If you're doing your five minutes a day throwing, then your next task is to run one mile every other day. (It's not that big of a commitment.) Your biggest obstacle will be actually walking out the door to get it done. The running isn't hard at all. Finally, when your first two tasks are done, its time to start working out. The regimine you use will be mandatory come fall, so get used to it now. Workout programs will be posted in the near future. Happy Hunting.
