    Who can join Pershing Rifles?

        Pershing Rifles pledge classes are open to any basic or advanced course cadet or midshipmen as well as any other college student who is interested in leadership development.  But not every pledge will become a Pershing Rifleman.  We are looking for people who have initiative and drive--people who are willing to give of themselves in exchange for the chance to better themselves.

    Why pledge Pershing Rifles?

        Pledging Pershing Rifles is a semester commitment and is not easy.  You will gain valuable leadership experience as well as teamwork skills.  You will push your limits both physically and mentally.  As a pledge you may find that you are capable of more than you ever dreamed.
