Go to the Trailhead
Login page
Click on the "Forgot your Password?" link
(bottom of the login box)
Enter your Trailhead user name, click Continue
Answer the three secret questions, click Continue

Go to the AC&N Password Changing Tool
(http://newuser.mines.edu/password/).
Choose Trailhead from the lower dropdown box and click Go
Enter your user name and EKey
Enter your new password twice
Click Change Password

Bring a photo ID. If you are replacing a lost EKey, please also bring $1

access to create an "@mines.edu" email account. If you no longer know your
Computing Center PIN or PIC, or your EKey:
