The Cashier’s Office is an integral part of the Bursar’s Office and serves as the central depository for receiving and processing student payments, as well as funds collected by departments and organizations within the Mines Community.

The Cashier’s Office accepts student payments for their account balance. Please visit the Payment Methods page for more information.
If the student has a credit balance and wishes to receive the credit, they will need to enroll in eRefund and submit a Refund Request Form. Please visit the Tuition and Fees page for more information.
If a department receives payments that they need to deposit into their index, they must submit a CASHNet Departmental Deposit. Please visit the CASHNet Deposit page for more information.

Only refund requests from a verified CASHNet user will be accepted.
Students, Faculty, and Staff are able to cash a check at the Cashier’s Office. The check provided must belong to the customer as third-party checks are not accepted.
Students can cash up to a maximum of $25 per day. Faculty and Staff can cash up to a maximum of $50 per day.

Cashbox and Card Terminal rentals are available at the Cashier’s Office for campus related events.
All rentals must be approved from SAIL or their department financial manager. Once approved, the form must be submitted to the Cashier’s Office a week prior to the desired rental date.
Rentals are on a first come, first served basis!
