Personal:

I am originally from central Pennsylvania, where much of my family still resides, and occasionally used to get stuck behind Amish buggy traffic on my way to classes in grad school. After graduating I spent several years living in Orlando, FL where I met my spouse, Juan, and developed my love of helping students design their educational pathways while working at Valencia College. After relocating to Colorado in 2013 I worked in various departments at Front Range Community College in Westminster before landing at Mines in August 2022. I am always looking for my new favorite coffee shop and/or breakfast burrito so hit me up with your suggestions!
