Personal:

After growing up in Texas, going to college in Alabama, and returning to the Lone Star State to start my career, I am so happy to now call Colorful Colorado my home. I discovered my love for helping students during my undergraduate experience and knew when I graduated that I wanted to continue working in higher education. I spent eight years in different admissions offices across the nation and landed here at Mines to start a new journey in advising. I am excited to assist you as you navigate college and find your groove as an Oredigger. Outside of work, you’ll find me wandering around the mountains with my husband, and our two dogs, Oreo and Miller (we leave Pickles Kitty at home to guard the house). Come swing by and stay a while; we can talk college football, the best coffee shops in the area, where to find Texas-style BBQ, or anything that’s on your mind.
