Printers can be accessed from Windows systems in CCIT supported computer labs. Features available vary depending on the system or application you are using when you generate the printout. From Windows-based PCs, you will generally select the Print option from within the application you are using. When the print panel is displayed, choose the printer you want to send your output to from the pull down list. Be sure to select the appropriate options on this panel. Press the Properties button for advanced options. Use the Print Preview option, if it is available, to verify margins and check how the output will look before you send the print request and are committed to paying for it.
