Choose the kind of help you need…

Online: Submit a Helpdesk Service Request

Submit an online support request and an IT professional will reply quickly, usually the same business day. The Helpdesk is great for any IT problem and works best for complex technical inquiries, long-term IT projects, and issues that may require support from multiple CCIT teams.

In Person: Visit the Technology Support Center (TSC)

Walk into the Technology Support Center (CT156, inside the Computer Commons) for issues that can be handled on the spot like laptop configuration, software installation, or trouble with logging in.

Call us: Phone Support

Call TSC phone support directly at (303) 384-2345. If you have a quick-and-simple question or a pressing IT emergency — like classroom technology that malfunctions during a class — this is the fastest way to contact us.

Verify Email from CCIT
In order to reduce email fraud and phishing attacks, official emails sent to the campus by CCIT are published on the Email Verification page ( Users should visit the Email Verification page to verify any email that looks like it was sent from CCIT before taking any action. NOTE: CCIT staff will never ask for your MInes login credentials (campus username and password) and will never send email asking for this information. You should never share your login credentials with anyone.
Recommended Hardware

We recommend specific desktops and laptops, Microsoft Surface tablets, and printers for anyone thinking about buying new hardware with school funds. These are systems we know well and support fully.
