Mines' Sponsored Overnight Student Travel

For any Mines sponsored overnight trip.

  • Clery Travel Form

    As a higher education institution, Mines must comply with the Jeanne Clery Act. The Clery Act is a federal law that requires colleges and universities to gather and disclose crime statistics that occur within Mines’ Clery reportable geography, which includes qualifying off-campus student activities and travel. Any off-campus activity that meets the criteria in the attached Student Travel Matrix, must be reported to Mines Clery Compliance Office, regardless if any Clery Act reportable crimes were known to have occurred.
  • Information Required

    Information is needed from either the one student who attended the trip or the student or Faculty/Staff member leading the group (if more than one student attended). ONLY ONE ENTRY IS NEEDED PER TRIP REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY STUDENTS ATTENDED.
  • Do NOT put Colorado School of Mines, Mines, CSM, etc. Put a more specific name of the group going on the trip.
  • Travel Details
