Do you spend more time focusing on your strengths or weaknesses? Come spend 50 minutes highlighting the qualities that make you great! You will leave this workshop feeling better about yourself than when you came in.

Substance Use & Abuse

Thursday October 31st @ 12:30 pm

This workshop will focus on ways to engage in fun without relying on drugs or alcohol as the only option, educate on the mind/body effects of substances to reduce risks, and support individual and community safety to celebrate smart while at college.
