Mindfulness & Anxiety: 11/5/18
Our thoughts and worries can have a lot of power over us, and at times can overwhelm us. In this one time workshop, you’ll learn what mindfulness is and why it matters to our sense of well-being. You’ll also learn quick and effective strategies to cope with anxiety so you feel more in control of your mind.
