Tuesday November 5th @ 12:30 pm

Our thoughts and worries can have a lot of power over us, and at times can overwhelm us. In this workshop, you’ll learn what mindfulness is and why it matters to our sense of wellbeing. You’ll also learn quick and effective strategies to cope with anxiety so you feel more in control of your mind.

Self-Care & Wellness for International Students
