Each workshop is broken up into three sessions, provided once per week in 50-minute slots. Workshops come with materials that will allow you to practice new skills between sessions.
Anxiety Toolbox focuses on helping you understand anxiety and build skills to manage these symptoms. The three sessions are divided into content that builds upon itself. The modules are dedicated to (1) understanding anxiety, (2) introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety, and (3) developing alternative responses to anxiety. Helping Others: Burnout Prevention and Self-Care
The Helping Others Series acknowledges that some people are “natural helpers,” who their friends, family, and classmates turn to when they are looking for support and/or advice. While many of us embrace this role and genuinely want to be helpful to others, it can be overwhelming at times. This series focuses on the importance of setting and maintaining effective boundaries as well as how to protect oneself from the emotional exhaustion that can come with being the “helper.” Sign up now to reserve your spot!
