Deadlift Competition

Time: 1-:00 am – 1:00 pm
Location: SRC Fitlab

3rd annual Deadlift Challenge. You have 3 attempts to deadlift as much weight as you can. The top 3 male and female liftsers win prizes determined by Wilks formula. Weigh-Ins take place 1-2 hours before lifting. Athlete’s Meeting 30 Minutes before lifting. Contact with questions. Capped at 30 lifters.
