Naomi Kiess hails from Aurora, CO where she attended Cherokee Trail High School.  Naomi is currently a civil engineering major at Mines and in her spare time enjoys skiing, traveling, cooking/baking, and spending time with her family and friends. Other pursuits include tennis and figure skating, as well as playing piano.  A hope of hers as a Mines student and Grewcock scholar is to spend time studying abroad.
