NeST Mission
New Student & Transition Services (NeST) provides experiential programming for new students and their support networks to ensure a smooth transition into the Mines community, a sense of belonging, and a connection to campus resources. Through engaging courses and programming, NeST staff and student leaders provide an introduction to Mines traditions, expectations, and opportunities for success, and create connections across campus and the local community.
