Dr. Andrew L. Johns, Brigham Young University (BYU), presents: “Unwitting Conspiracy: How Three Branches of Government Abdicated, Aggregated, and Augmented Power to Create and Perpetuate the Imperial Presidency”
Johns is a professor of History at BYU and the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies and a faculty fellow in Constitutional Government at the Wheatley Institute.
