Dr. Andrew L. Johns, Brigham Young University (BYU), presents: “Unwitting Conspiracy: How Three Branches of Government Abdicated, Aggregated, and Augmented Power to Create and Perpetuate the Imperial Presidency”

Johns is a professor of History at BYU and the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies and a faculty fellow in Constitutional Government at the Wheatley Institute. His lecture will explore questions relating to historical approaches to executive authority by the executive, legislative and judicial branches. Guest lecture flyer
