Our campus will celebrate our spring commencement with four ceremonies over two days next week. All ceremonies will be held in Lockridge Arena, inside the Student Recreation Center. The schedule for the ceremonies is as follows:
Thursday, May 8 at 3 p.m. – Graduate Commencement
Friday, May 9 at 9 a.m. – Undergraduate Ceremony #1
Friday, May 9 at 1 p.m. – Undergraduate Ceremony #2
Friday, May 9 at 5 p.m. – Undergraduate Ceremony #3
We anticipate additional vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area around the Student Recreation Center between Elm & Illinois and 13th & 18th Streets on Thursday and Friday, as well as a general increase of activity around campus. Please reference this map for more information on where we are routing guests to park.
Commencement is a true milestone for our students and their families, and it is a symbol of the most important thing we do at Mines. We thank you in advance for your patience and support as we celebrate the accomplishments of our newest graduates and welcome them into our global alumni community.
