Student Classification
Student Classification
Undergraduate classification is determined by the number of credit hours that a student has completed towards his or her degree. Class standing is determined as follows:
- 0-29.9 credit hours = Freshman
- 30 – 59.9 credit hours = Sophomore
- 60 – 89.9 credit hours = Junior
- 90 or more credit hours = Senior
The total hours completed may be reviewed on an unofficial or official transcript (official are NOT available on Trailhead), or on the degree evaluation on Trailhead.
