Elm Hall

Opened in 2014, Elm Hall was the fourth residence community to join the Mines campus. Elm hall is a 4-story building composed of two wings: a west wing above Mines Market and an east wing above the Residence Life Department. Elm offers single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with a neighborhood typology design including male, female, and gender-neutral restrooms on every floor.

The first floor of Elm Hall offers residents a ping-pong table, shuffleboard table, lounge seating, conference room, vending machines, and a small kitchen area. Residents can use stairs or elevators to access the upper floors of Elm.  

On every floor, Elm offers residents a nook on the far east wing along with a laundry room and a social lounge that features a flat screen TV, kitchen, and lounge seating. On the west wing residents have access to a study room where students can use the windows as whiteboards to study!

The outside of Elm offers students a large, elevated courtyard with tables and seating, along with a grill. The resident bike and locker storage is located in the west wing with access into to the courtyard.

Our front desks are staffed by student employees, and your questions/concerns may be better addressed by our main office, the Campus Living Office (303-869-5433).
