Mines’ Code of Ethics establishes an ethical obligation for all employees to demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and honesty and to report wrongdoing of any kind: violation of laws, regulation, or policy.
The Mines Whistleblower Policy establishes guidelines for whistleblower reports made in good faith. Mines community members (employees, faculty, students, vendors, etc.) may report without fear of reprisal or retaliation. Employees and students are encouraged to first make a report to his/her immediate supervisor or academic advisor, respectively. If you are unable to do so or if there is any reason why this manner would not be appropriate, the specific reporting methods by type (for employees and for students) or the SpeakUP@Mines hotline are available as reporting options.
