Only advisors who are Mines faculty and staff are required to submit the agreement. External advisors do not need to submit an agreement.

CSA Training

Campus Security Authorities (CSA) are individuals in certain positions across campus who, by their leadership role, are designated as a CSA and are required to promptly report Clery crimes of which they are aware so that incidents can be included in campus crime reports in accordance with the Clery Act.

All Mines affiliated RSO advisors must be CSA trained. CSA training is assigned in Workday and managed by the Office of Institutional Equity. Any questions can be directed to OIE@mines.edu
