Communications
Note: Please submit this request at least 10 business days prior to when you would like this email to go out. This will provide enough time to build, format, create the recipient query, test and schedule into the strategic communication plan so recipients don't receive 2+ Mines emails in one day. Examples of valid communications requests include announcing an open application or upcoming deadline, advertising a new opportunity to inquiring or admitted students, celebrating an award or status a department and/or Mines achieved, etc.

Event Support
Event registrations, invitations, communications, and social media. Please note: this category does not include day-of support by our team. It is your responsibility to coordinate with your own staff for event logistics.
This will allow us to determine if a template already exists for this event.
Event support: Registration, auto Communications
Please request event creation a minimum of 7 business days prior to the first event OR 14 days prior to when you would like the invite to go out if requesting an invite.
Eg: 24 hours before the event, etc.
Be sure to check the previously used survey to ensure no information is out-of-date.
Tour Guides
Tours are available in 1-hour blocks. We will try our best to recruit as many tour guides as possible for your event but we cannot make any guarantees, especially for weekend events or events occurring after 5:00 PM.
If you are requesting a tour on a weekend or after 5:00 PM it is your responsibility to make sure the buildings you would like shown on the tour are unlocked. Please request tour guides at least two weeks in advance.
If virtual please provide the Zoom link, if different than the Zoom link for the event.
