A Networked Drone System for Environmental Monitoring
Qi Han | qhan@mines.edu
Chris Dreyer | cdreyer@mines.edu
A network of self-organizing drones can be designed to be highly collaborative among themselves for the monitoring of time-varying and geographically distributed phenomena. This project aims to set up a multi-drone testbed and enable ad-hoc communication of the drones for data collection.
Elucidate the interdisciplinary nature of the project
This is a collaborative project between computer science and mechanical engineering.
