Moisture performance of mass timber building in Colorado climate

One of the concerns of the mass timber building is water. Hence this research is to set up a long-term monitoring plan with reliable sensors and install the plan to an upcoming CLT building in downtown Denver. The next step for this research is to analyze the collected monitoring data.
