E-Days is around the corner, taking Place April 11-13th on the Mines campus.

E-Days is an event where we welcome the larger Golden community to celebrate our Mines traditions. The Cardboard Boat Races will take place on Saturday, April 13 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at Clear Creek, and we’re looking forward to having you as spectators! The Carnival is also once again open to the community! The event takes place from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the D Lot (Elm Street) on campus. Kids under 12 can attend for free. All other community members are $5/person, which includes access to the food trucks. Beer wristbands for 21+ are an additional $5.

Parking on and near campus is limited. The top level of the parking garage is closed on Saturday due to the fireworks fallout zone. D Lot, Q Lot, and A Lot are also closed. Elm Street is closed between W. Campus Rd and 17th St, and W. Campus Rd is also entry and exit only on the south side.

Finally, we welcome the Golden community to join us to watch the fireworks on Saturday, April 13. It is an all-aerial show, so you should be able to see the show from many different areas of Golden. You’re also welcome to come view the show from campus. You can enter D Lot starting at 8:45 p.m. The show will start at 9:00 p.m., weather dependent
