Senior Project Manager

Vanessa joined Mines in February 2019 in the Academic Affairs department as a Business Process Engineer. A year later, she joined the PCMO as a Project Manager (February 2020), bringing critical analysis and re-engineering skills to the department. Prior to joining Mines, Vanessa was in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions & K-12 Outreach at the University of Colorado Denver as an Operations Services Manager. As a Colorado native, Vanessa enjoys camping, biking, and pretty much any outdoor activity with her family.

• Vanessa’s husband is a twin and together they have identical twin boys.

• On the side, Vanessa is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and teaches cycle, yoga, and strength training classes.
