All incoming contracts received by Business Operations are reviewed for legal sufficiency, risk to the School and business terms and conditions. If necessary, modifications are completed to revise and/or delete terms and conditions unacceptable to Colorado School of Mines and/or the State of Colorado and negotiations with the other party occur.
ALL CONTRACTS WILL BE REVIEWED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED
