This is used for all pages other than the homepage of a department. Displays a large hero banner featuring a page title, a section label (such as "Office of" or "Department of"), and a background image. This hero is designed specifically for department and administrative sections and automatically generates a secondary navigation based on pages within the current section branch, helping users navigate related content.

To display introductory or descriptive content within the hero area, this component must be paired with the WYSIWYG Page Intro, which provides the content displayed to the right of the secondary navigation. Ideal for department, office, and administrative landing pages that require both clear navigation and contextual messaging. May be displayed with or without a hero image.
