Emily LaMena graduated from John Glenn High School before coming to Mines to pursue a degree in geophysical engineering and run on the cross country and track teams. When not running or doing schoolwork, Emily enjoys many outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, swimming, skiing, surfing, and just exploring nature. She also enjoys reading, woodworking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
