EMERGENCY / SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM

Outage Date: June 5-9, 2023
Outage Time: 7:00am – 3:00pm daily
Purpose: To install and connect new HVAC
System(s) Involved: HVAC
Effect(s) on Occupants: This outage will affect cooling and heating on all three floors of the east side, south half of the building.
Beginning Monday, June 5, the air handling unit will be shut down during outage hours. As a result, there will not be any cooling for the east side, south half of the building, and occupants will experience temperature fluctuations and lack of airflow. The air will be turned on at the end of each work day.
The contractor will install a plastic enclosure within the corridor on the 3rd floor for the work zone on Friday, June 2. The plastic will be removed on Monday, June 12. A corridor path will be accessible at all times for building occupants.
