The fire alarm mass notification project for Guggenheim begins June 13, 2022, and will last through July 2022. This project replaces outdated fire alarm components with new equipment capable of mass notification functions. Work will be done by Piper Electric.
Outage Date: June 13, 2022 – at least July 22, 2022
Outage Time: 6:00am – 2:00pm daily
Purpose: To install conduit, wire and notification devices above ceilings
System(s) Involved: Fire alarm system
Effect(s) on Occupants: Contractors will be installing conduit, wire and new fire alarm notification devices. They will have access to all areas of the building for above-ceiling installation. Expect contractors on ladders.
