CoorsTek Center 240 – Data-Driven Advanced Manufacturing and Mechanics Lab

The DDAMM lab research goals are to advance the state of additive manufacturing and expand its industrial applications. These goals are being accomplished by elucidating relationships between additive process variables and mechanical performance.

The DDAMM lab has recently begun an interdepartmental Army-funded project focused on a data driven qualification framework for metals additive manufacturing. This project includes the acquisition of a state of the art laser powder bed fusion printer with in situ build monitoring capabilities.
