 Duties:

  • Provide educational programming for leadership development, including our risk education menu.
  • Advise the Panhellenic and Interfraternity Councils, including overseeing recruitment. 
  • Helps with large scale programming, such as our Fall Festival, Nightmare on Greek Street, National Hazing Prevention Week, and Greek Week.
  • Oversees chapter expansion for new organizations wanting to come to campus. 
  • Primary contact for risk management, including overseeing organizational conduct.
  • Develop partnerships between the Greek community and campus.
  • Lead Instructor for CSM 350 leadership class. 

Personal Points of Interest: I have lived all over the country including New Jersey, Virginia, Missouri, Texas, and Wyoming. I love to travel and visited all 50 states. I am working to visit all of America’s National Parks, currently sitting at 28 total. My hobbies include CrossFit, camping, and roasting my own coffee. I love spending time with my wife Rhiana and our two dachshunds Stella and Faith.

Duties

  • Work with chapter presidents on coaching, mentoring, and leadership for their respective chapter.
  • Oversee university owned FSL houses and collaborate with Residence Life on chapter housing projects.
  • Implement recognition program and other administrative paperwork to ensure chapters are in good standing with the university
  • Hosts FSL 101, our new member orientation event.
  • Support Order of Omega, including organizing our Annual FSL Awards Banquet.
  • Supervisor for FSL Assistant.
  • Works with chapter stakeholders and oversees communication with the broader community.
  • Assist Associate Director with community tasks and programs.

Personal points of interest: For five years before working in higher education, I worked at Walt Disney World as a Character Performer, where I met guests and performed daily, had the opportunity to train incoming performers in new characters, and served as a special project captain (coordinator) for Disney’s special-ticketed Halloween events. I have also worked at Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights and SeaWorld’s Howl-O-Scream. When I am not working, I love spending time with my soon-to-be husband, Brett, and our two dogs, Gatsby and Clover. I also love crocheting different projects, such as blankets and amigurumi items.
