Summer Dining
Mines Market
Mines Market, located in Elm Hall, is a contemporary all-you-care-to-eat dining facility featuring nine distinctive serving stations sure to please any palate. In addition to offering all of your favorites, you’ll also experience cuisines from around the world.
Our dining and catering services offer something for everyone, whether that be specific diets, allergy needs or simply taste preferences. Every food item served at Mines Market is labeled for the nine most common allergens (eggs, milk, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat and gluten) to ensure food safety for everyone. Our conferences services team will intake information on any other allergies and dietary restrictions as well and the team at Mines Market will accommodate for those.
Each summer conference guest is required to dine at least one meal at Mines Market.
