Traffic Accident Reporting
Colorado state law requires that ALL motor vehicle accidents be reported immediately to the proper law enforcement authorities (42-4-1606 CRS). A traffic accident is defined as unintentional damage or injury caused by the movement of a vehicle or its load.
An accident not involving alcohol, drugs, injury or less than a $1000.00 damage, may be reported on this website: Colorado Online Accident Report
All other traffic accidents on the Mines Campus should be reported to the Mines Police at 303-273-3333 or 9-1-1
