Time to Ungrind

Time to Ungrind is a movement to fight back against hustle and grind culture. In partnership with the Coalition of Colorado Campus Alcohol and Drug Educators, Mines analyzes self-reported student wellness data and creates programs to encourage students to use healthy coping strategies when they feel overwhelmed. We encourage students to take some TIME to UNGRIND! Find out more by visiting https://timetoungrind.com
