Digital Message Request
Good news! You now have the opportunity to place your event information on digital signage (TVs) within the Ben Parker Student Center.
If you are a part of a student organization or campus department, please read through the information below to learn how to submit your request.
Once your request has been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from a Student Life representative.
- Your event information will be placed on our digital signage platform for up to two weeks.
- Only on-campus events and activities may be promoted.
- No obscene pictures or profanity are allowed.
Video: .mpg, .avi, .mov, .wmv, .vob, .wav, .mp4 or .swf
Picture: .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .png, .tga, and .wmf
Powerpoint Slide: If making slides in PowerPoint to be exported as a .jpeg file, be sure to build slides in the “Widescreen 16×9” format. This ensures the .jpeg is made into the correct resolution size. This setting can be found in PowerPoint under the “Design” tab and then on the far right of the window, click on the “Slide Size” option, and choose “Widescreen (16×9).”
When placing a request for digital signage, video and picture files must be in one of the following resolution sizes:
1024×576 | 1152×648 | 1280×720 | 1366×768
1600×900 | 1920×1080 | 2560×1440 | 3840×2160

Once we’ve added it to our Student Center digital signage screens, a Student Life representative will alert you via email.
