Microsoft Forms

All web editors should use Microsoft Forms for creating and managing forms. Microsoft Forms is supported by Mines IT and allows you to easily create, update and manage forms.

Microsoft Forms is recommended for contact requests, surveys, registrations, feedback forms and other forms that may need to be updated regularly.

Terminalfour Forms

In some instances, forms may be created directly within Terminalfour. However, this functionality is restricted and is managed by MarCom.

Terminalfour forms are only available for permanent, ongoing uses, such as general contact forms that will remain consistent over time and do not require regular changes.

Forms for temporary activities, event registrations, surveys or other purposes that require frequent updates must use Microsoft Forms.

If you believe your website requires a Terminalfour form, you must submit a ticket to MarCom. MarCom will review the request and determine whether a Terminalfour form is appropriate.

Web editors cannot create or modify Terminalfour forms directly.
