The museum offers a variety of services for visitors with disabilities. Service animals such as guide dogs and miniature horses are permitted to assist museum visitors. If you have questions about this policy or need assistance planning your visit, please call the museum at 303.273.3515.

An elevator is available to access both levels of the Museum and is located in the lobby of our building.
A standard manual wheelchair is available for visitors free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis and can be requested at the front desk.
Accessible restrooms are available on both Museum floors.
Every restroom is equipped with a changing table.
A family restroom is available on level 1.
Noise-reducing headphones are available on a first-come, first-served basis in both adult and children’s sizes.
Please request one at the front desk upon arrival.
