Wi-Fi Based Smart Home and Security System
Dejun Yang | djyang@mines.edu
Among various Internet of Things application scenarios, the smart home is highly focused for improvements it brings to people’s real life and its promising market. In recent years, wireless systems like WLAN have become more and more common in home networking. Recent studies have shown that the Wi-Fi is not only for Internet access but also a new way to detect the activities in the room. This project aims to build a security system for smart home using Wi-Fi signals.
