Thermal energy storage in buildings using phase change materials

Paulo Cesar Tabares-Velasco | tabares@mines.edu

Students will analyze different buildings and optimize the location and strategy to use phase change materials. Students will learn how to use different energy and building simulation programs such as OpenStudio, BEopt and/or SAM and it might include some lab work too.
