*Super resolution metrology for Advanced Manufacturing

Squier
jsquier@mines.edu
We have developed the first super resolution optical metrology tools generally applicable to Advanced Manufacturing. This system provides a pathway for controlling the metallurgy of a part during production for example, and enabling near defect-free production.
